eDocBuilder
A browser-based design and variable-data engine: let customers personalize templates online and get print-ready files automatically. We build the templates and wire it into your storefront.
The software is theirs. The templates are yours.
Aleyant builds and runs eDocBuilder. Four Pees builds your templates, connects it to your storefront and supports it, so online personalization produces files you can print.
- Builds and runs eDocBuilder
- Ships the updates and new features
- Owns the product roadmap
- Advises on the right fit first
- Sets it up and integrates it with you
- Handles subscriptions and onboarding
- Supports it after go-live
Let customers design, get print-ready files
Four things eDocBuilder does between your customer and your press.
Online template editing
Let customers personalize business cards, signage and more in the browser, inside the rules you set.
Variable data at volume
Generate many personalized pieces from one template and a data file, automatically.
Locked to your rules
Fonts, colors and layout stay within limits, so what a customer makes stays on brand and printable.
Print-ready output
Produce a clean, print-ready file at the end, ready for your workflow.
We start from your work, not the software
Analyze
We map how you work today and find where eDocBuilder saves the most time.
Consult
We size eDocBuilder to your setup, and say where it is not the right tool.
Implement
We set it up, integrate it and test it, and document it so your team can own it.
Support
We stay after go-live: support, onboarding and the next improvement.
Multi-vendor by design
eDocBuilder plugs into Pressero and the storefronts and workflows around it, so a design becomes an order becomes a job.
- Pressero storefronts
- Web-to-print and order platforms
- Your prepress workflow
- Variable data sources
A subscription, set up around you
- eDocBuilder is a cloud subscription, scaled to your needs
- No servers to run, updates included
- We handle setup, integration and onboarding
- Implementation and training quoted separately, from an analysis
