As Business Developer, you grow Four Pees sales by developing and managing a portfolio of customers and help them improve productivity through a consultative sales approach. As a Business Developer at Four Pees, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, taking charge of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Next to that, you establish Four Pees as a preferred solution partner for web-to-print, automation, quality and production optimization in France.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Business Development: Proactively seek out and engage potential large clients within the printing and publishing sector. Understand their unique needs and challenges to offer tailored solutions that meet their requirements. Your region will be France.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Continuously assess their evolving needs and offer personalized support.
Market Analysis: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify potential opportunities and areas for growth.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to provide valuable insights for refining marketing strategies and enhancing product offerings.
As reporting to our different internal and external customers is crucial, you must be disciplined in using the various CRM & IT application tools available in our organization to enable you to better manage your sales process and share information.
To be successful in this role the ideal candidate is self-motivated and self-organized, very customer oriented and able to build long term relations.
Industry specific technical expertise and experience is not required, but the ability to sell on services in combination with products merits in a technically complex environment is a must. You should have good technical learning skills and a strong interest in our products. Inhouse training will be provided.

You are fluent in French and English as you work in an international environment.
